Sitting at the computer? Your workplace poorly lit? Very tired eyes at the end of the day? Exercises for the eyes will help to relax, protect the eyesight and even to prevent premature wrinkling.
Eye exercise No. 1
Open eyes draw in the air “eight” horizontally, vertically, diagonally. Repeat this exercise 5-7 times in each direction.
Eye exercise No. 2
Relax and close your eyes. Eyeballs rotate from side to side right to left and left to right. Then do the same thing, but with open eyes. Such eye exercises the exercise should be repeated at least 10 times with a break of a few seconds.
